“I’m really sorry, River, but I don’t see any other option. At least not for now,” Ari said.
“And if he’s got eyes on a sick man in Mexico, he’s probably got eyes on all of us,” Lotto added. “Including your sister.”
“I’ll fuck him up if he does,” River growled. “My sister doesn’t need to know about this.”
“She won’t,” I promised. “Trust us.”
“Frankie asking me for trust? Damn, I must have stepped into the Twilight Zone.”
I flipped him off, and he laughed. The husky sound tugged a smile from me, too. A weight still pressed down on my chest. It probably would until the end of the Circuit, but at least we still had River on our side.
“Leave it to me, okay? Just keep winning, and I’ll deal with Scotty,” Ari said.
Bones shook his head. “Not alone you won’t.”
“Family sticks together.” Lotto looked at River and nodded. “All of us.”
River glanced around the room, landing on Lotto, Bones, Ari, and finally me. His nod was slow but reassuring.
“All of us.” He clapped his hands together. “Well, if that’s all, I want to go beat some bags and pretend they’re Scotty Green’s face.”
Ari looked at me with questions in her eyes. She was asking permission. Not from Lotto or Bones, but from me. All the other bullshit thrown at us, people we added into our relationship—that didn’t matter. We were ride or die, and I knew she wouldn’t do this without me.
I turned to River. “Hang on. We’ve got one last thing to talk about.”
River raised a brow. “What?”
Ari smiled. “Would you like to join us?”
“Join you? I’m already contracted here.”
“That’s not what I mean.”
“Then what?”
“I’ll cut to the chase,” Lotto said. “You’ve already fucked all of us.”
River didn’t falter or blanch. A smirk rose to his face as he looked around. “None of you were complaining.”
“That’s why Ari is asking.” I crossed my arms. “Are you going to join us or not?”
“Wait, hold on.” River held up a hand. “Join you for what? You’re in a relationship? All four of you?”
Bones stood from his chair and turned to face River with his hands on his hips. “What the hell did you think we were?”
“I don’t know, swingers? I thought you were open to sharing or something. Some OnlyFans wannabes looking for some fun.”
“So that's why you took a shot?” Lotto questioned.
River nodded. “What can I say? You’re all sexy as hell. I’m certainly not complaining about sharing.”
“We don’t share,” I ground out. My eyes narrowed at him. “Not with others. The four of us here are exclusive to each other, and that’s it.”
“Five of us, if you want to join, too.” Ari’s smile turned nervous. “You’re already part of our family, River. We want you to be part of our relationship, too.”
“None of you are angry?” We shook our heads, and River whistled. “Even though I fucked all of you separately?”
“For this to work, we had to set jealousy aside. Some better than others.” Ari’s eyelids fluttered when she glanced at me.
I scoffed. “Knock it off. My jealousy is normal.”
“No, it’s definitely not.”
I tried to frown, but her laugh made me grin.
“But we don’t have to keep it separate.” Lotto set his hand on the back of Bones’ empty chair. “We can share you together. All of us.”
“Like at Heathens Hollow?” River’s voice dropped, and the smirk on his face grew. The hooded look he shot me flushed heat throughout my body.
“Just like Heathens Hollow.” Ari must have felt the tension in the room because her voice raised slightly. “If you want.”
“Maybe we could have a little preview of what the relationship will be like.” River tilted his head in challenge.
We didn’t move. The room took a collective breath. No one wanted to be the person to break the ice.
Bones took a step forward and saved us. “Sure. Let’s show them how good you look sucking my dick.”
Bones grabbed River’s shirt and tugged him into a kiss. River moaned into Bone’s mouth and grabbed the back of his neck, pulling him closer. Their tongues pushed against each other with each stroke, and their messy fight for dominance had my blood singing.
A soft hand on my arm brought goosebumps to my skin.
Ari smiled at me and squeezed. “Should we join them?”
My answer was a bruising kiss I placed on her lips.
She responded so eagerly. She always did, that little minx. I wrapped my hand around her ponytail and pulled her flush against me. Her heat melted into mine; her moan mixed with my grunt when I parted her lips. Ari tugged up my shirt and dragged her nails along my abs, my cock throbbing when she tugged at my belt.
A hand circled around mine. With a harsh tug, Ari was ripped from my lips. Her eyes fluttered as she stared up at Lotto. His eyes flashed with a darkness that made me shudder.
