The water streams down over us as he presses my back against the cool tiles, working tirelessly to get my wet tank up and over my head as I laugh, clinging onto him as though I’ll never let him go.

The rest of our clothes come off, and just when I think the need for him is going to kill me, he pushes up inside of me, both of us gasping for air as I stretch around him. “Fuck, Firefly,” he hisses, really starting to move as I feel his piercing working its magic inside of me.

He fucks me with urgency, both of us desperate to feel that release, and as he pushes me right to the edge, my world explodes around him. Dalton comes with me, shooting hot spurts of cum deep inside my cunt as my walls convulse uncontrollably around him.

Then only after I’m completely satisfied and have had more than my fill of him does he set me back on my feet and wash the charcoal from my body. He’s thorough, making sure to soap up every inch of skin until I simply can’t take it any longer and jump him again.

Twenty minutes later, I stand in front of Dalton’s bathroom mirror, my gaze sailing over the scars and bruises covering my body. I’ve had more injuries over the past two months than I’ve had my entire life. My body is covered from head to toe, a map of the hell I’ve suffered through since meeting the boys, but nothing will be worse than the damage Zade will inflict on my body.

Dalton stands behind me, watching as I survey myself, a frown settled on his lips. I twist, taking in the more recent bruising on the back of my ribs and hip, courtesy of Santos. I’ve suffered through cuts, scrapes, explosions, and a bullet wound, and yet none of them seem to have bothered me in the way this fresh bruising does.

“You good?” Dalton asks, his thumb gently brushing over the dark purple and blue hues across my skin.

“Yeah. These ones are just really tender,” I tell him. “I don’t know if it’s the positioning or maybe it’s just really deeply bruised, but these new ones really suck.”

“Maybe you need to put some ice on them,” he suggests, his concerned gaze dropping back to my ribs. “There’s still a lot of swelling, and the bruises are only going to get worse over the next few days.”

“Damn. I need some kind of magical cream that I could apply to make them simply disappear,” I tell him, reaching for his discarded shirt and pulling it over my head, the fabric hiding the cringe of pain on my face as I lift my arms up high.

“I mean, it’s not a magical cream that will make them disappear, but I’ve got the next best thing at my place. You won’t even know the bruises are there.”

“Sounds good, but the last outing I went on ended with me hanging from chains in an underground compound,” I remind him. “And despite my abilities to charm Zade into agreeing to things he knows better about, I doubt he’s going to sign off on this little adventure.”

“I thought that might be the case,” he says, leaning forward and pressing a kiss to my cheek. “I’ll head home and grab it, and if you’re lucky, I might even grab the joint I’ve got hidden in my bedside drawer.”

I gape at him through the bathroom mirror, my hand resting against my heart. “My, oh my, Dalton Eros, you spoil me.”

He rolls his eyes and laughs before striding out of his bathroom and to his closet, finding something to wear before pinching the keys to his beloved Harley, Candice, off his bedside table. “I’ll be back in twenty,” he tells me, walking to his door and glancing back at me, his face scrunched with indecision. “If Zade or the boys ask for me, just tell them I’m shooting hoops. I can’t imagine this is going to go down well.”

I make a show of zipping my lips and locking it before tossing away the key and watching that fine ass walk away. Following him out, Dalton makes his way down to the elevator as I stop by the kitchen, more than ready to start thinking about dinner.

I hear the elevator chime its arrival and glance over just in time to see Dalton step in and press the button for the parking garage, he turns to face me and sends me a devastating wink just as the doors close him in.

Butterflies swarm through the pit of my stomach, and I hate how obvious I am, but there’s no denying just how crazy I am for Dalton Eros. He’s everything a girl could want. He’s so chill and delicious, down for whatever, and will also go to the ends of the earth just to see me smile.
