Her hands clamped on my sweaty cheeks, and she sat heavily on my straining, bruised erection, her black dress fanning around my hips.

I grunted at the fresh onslaught of pain.

I couldn’t catch a breath as she dropped her head and crushed her mouth to mine.

I groaned as her tongue dove deep, claiming me, leashing me...

I didn’t stand a fucking chance.

All the tension.

All the need.

It erupted into ice-hot flames, poured fuel on our twisted fire, and shoved us headfirst into lunacy.

I kissed her back.

She cried out, driving me further into chaos, her tongue wild, her hips undulating on mine.

We kissed stupidly hard.

Violent and messy, deep and dirty.

We forgot about everything.

Where we were.

Who we were.

We were frantic and filthy, driven by primal instincts to join, to bond, to fuse so tightly together, we could never be unfused, never be apart, never feel the same horrid helplessness infecting both of us.

The blackness within my soul billowed in size. The depression within my mind blew through me on waves of alcohol. They tried to drown me, but they were nothing, nothing, compared to the disease Neri caused.

The bone-deep, soul-sure demonic realisation that I would do absolutely anything for this woman.

I’d turn homicidal.

Suicidal.

My survival hinged entirely on hers, and if that meant slaughtering thousands, so be it.

She moaned and fought me, turning our kiss into something only a devil would like.

She ground herself on my cock, her hands dropping from my cheeks and fumbling against my zipper.

Grabbing her around the hips, I rolled and pinned her beneath me.

I dry-humped against her, hissing at the lingering pain from her knee.

Her diligent little hands kept working, and the sound of my shorts coming undone echoed far too loudly around us.

Common sense screamed into my ears.

Jack and Anna.

If they found us like this...

“Neri. Fuck, Neri. Wait. We can’t—”

Her tongue silenced me.

I kissed her savagely back. Our noses nudging, our teeth clacking. “Your parents are—” Kiss and nip and lick. “—down the hall.”

“They’re doing exactly what we’re doing. They don’t have a clue.” She moaned into my mouth and shoved her hand into my boxer-briefs. “You’re the one who started this.” She sucked my bleeding bottom lip into her mouth. “So finish it.”

I almost came as she fisted me.

My hips drove into her palm against my control, and the blistering ripple of a release quickly centred in my very bruised balls. “Neri—”

“Be fast.” Her hand stopped driving me insane, slipping between us to shove her knickers to the side. “Be quiet.” Her legs curled over my hips and lashed tightly at the ankles, directly above my ass.

She trapped me against the hottest, wettest part of her, but my shorts were still in the way. “Neri. I can’t. I’m—”

“Do it, Aslan. Please. I’m begging—”

“I’ll give you what you want if you stop squeezing the life out of me with your damn thighs, canım. I need to shove my pants dow—”

“Okay, kids. Dinner’s ready—” The door swung wide.

Jack stepped, Jack tripped, Jack broke.

Every emotion that a human could feel played over his face in the fastest second as his gaze fell on me between his daughter’s legs, the pillows all over the floor, the broken mosquito net, Neri’s tears, our rumpled clothing, and worst of all...the bruises and condemning wounds on Neri’s wrists.

“No...” Jack stumbled, his fancy suit a mockery of the mayhem he’d walked in on. His exclamation was just a breath. A prayer really, begging his eyes that this wasn’t real. He clung to the wall as he saw a re-enactment of what Neri had gone through with another man on another night.

“Dad...” Neri choked beneath me.

I shoved off her and leaped woozily to my feet, hastily rezipping my shorts. “Jack...it’s not. I didn’t. I meant to tell you—” The beer, the fight, the lust—it all swarmed my senses, and I didn’t see Jack’s punch until it landed squarely against my jaw.

I spun with his force.

I bounced off Neri’s bed.

I landed on my knees and blinked back fresh stars.

“Dad, don’t—!” Neri cried, tripping to her feet. “It’s not what you—”

“You fucking bastard!” Jack kicked me with all his might, his dress shoe crunching against my ribs. I heaved and buckled over, wrapping my arms around where he’d struck. “You fucking bastard!” He kicked me again and again, raining pain as I curled up on the floor, protecting my head and face.

“Dad, stop!” Neri’s scream ricocheted in my ears.

Jack only hit me harder.

Not listening.

Beyond listening.

“What the hell is going on in here?!” Anna bowled into the room. I only saw a blur of a pretty pink dress before Jack’s fists pummelled me in the head.

I couldn’t speak.

Couldn’t explain.

I would never defend myself against the guy who’d kept me hidden and given me a life. Given me a purpose.

So I took it.

I took every strike, kick, and hit, all while Neri screamed and Anna yelled and Jack lost his ever-loving mind on me.
