My hands are all over her, and hers are all over me, we are lost in the throes of pleasure. Her body, slick with sweat, presses against mine as we move in perfect rhythm. I pull out and instantly regret it before teasing her with the head of my cock before slamming back inside of her, eliciting a gasp from her lips. Our bodies moved together, our passion building with each powerful thrust.
She moans my name, her nails digging into my shoulders as I continue to move inside of her. I feel her body tense and know that she is close. With a final deep thrust, she comes, her body shaking with pleasure. I follow soon after, my own release washing over me in waves and filling her with my seed.
The scene is raw and unapologetic, a primal expression of desire. But it is also tender and intimate, a deep connection between our two souls. As we reach the peak of pleasure, the TV blaring in the background seems to fade away, leaving only our heavy breathing and the sound of our hearts beating as one. In this moment, nothing else exists but the two of us, lost in each other's touch.
As we lay together, our breaths still coming in ragged gasps, I know that this moment between us is pure magic. I’d be willing to bet money that did she did too. I want all the moments like this, forever. We are lost in each other, in our own little world of desire and ecstasy. And as we lay there, tangled in each other's embrace, I know that this was what true love feels like. I know that this the perfect a moment to tell her that I want to spend the rest of our lives creating beautiful moments like this one.
I’ve waited for this moment for so long. For months, she has been battling cancer, leaving her body weak and her spirit drained. Alone for most of that. Since I found out, I have spent every single night by her side, tending to her needs and offering whatever comfort I could. And now, finally, she is feeling better. Her treatments ended two weeks ago, and she’s finally got her energy back.
Last night, I dreamt that she walked towards me in a white dress, her hair cascading down her back in soft curls. Her face, once pale and drawn, was now radiant with color and joy. She smiled at me, and I felt my heart swell with love and gratitude. I knew it was time to ask her to be my wife.
I took her hand in mine, and together we walked towards our couch. I know there are a million places more romantic I could do this, and certainly not while we are naked, but this is where we are most comfortable.
"I love you more than words can express."
“I love you too, silly,” she says.
“I want to spend the rest of my life with you,” I said sincerely. “I want to be there for you through every high and low, through sickness and health. Will you marry me?” I pull out a diamond solitaire engagement ring I picked out months ago.
There was a brief moment of silence as she processed my words. And then she threw her arms around me, tears streaming down her face.
“Declan…”
“Don’t say no,” I growl.
“I’m not saying no, I just think we need to think about this more and be sure this is what we really want.”
“I’ve known that I wanted you to be my wife since 9th grade, baby. I’m a thousand percent sure about this.”
“I… I need time,” she says closing my hand around the ring. Her ring. I know she’s only doing this because she’s sick. She thinks she’s saving me.
“I’ll give you time because I love you, but it’ll be up before you know it. You’ll be my wife, mark my words baby.”
No more than one week, after that she’s mine. Ready or not.
CHAPTER 15
AUGUST
A FEW DAYS LATER…
Having Connie here has been amazing for my spirit. I forgot how crazy she was and how much we feed off one another. Today, January, March, April, May, and June came into town, and having all of my sisters here has been the most fun. Declan, for the most part, has been taking it in stride, but I can tell he doesn’t know what to do with a house full of giggling women.
“Oh my gosh how is it we haven’t met Connie sooner than this?” January asks, wrapping her arms around Connie’s shoulder.
“To be fair, I have been busy with college and stuff, so I haven’t been around,” Connie says, drinking the lemonade I made for everyone.
“We are just glad you finally know. We had been after her to tell you and Declan for the longest, but she refused.” March is being a tattle-tale right now.
